How do delivery and pickup work? +
We deliver your rentals to the event location and return after the event to pick everything up. Customer pickup is not available at this time.
How are delivery fees calculated? +
Delivery fees are based on the distance from our delivery hub and the details of your event location. The exact delivery cost is calculated automatically during checkout.
When is payment due? +
A 25% non-refundable down payment reserves your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. If the reservation is made within 7 days of the event, full payment is required at booking.
Is there a minimum rental amount? +
Yes. There is a $75 minimum rental subtotal before taxes, delivery, and optional add-ons. If your order is below the minimum, you can add items or pay the difference.
